McCain: More Opptimistic than Previous 14 Years

John McCain is more optimistic today than he has been in the last 14 years according to Carl Cameron. This says a lot about a campaign. Watch the video:

This says a lot about the status of a campaign. In 1992, George Bush said he was confident but did not appear confident. George Bush lost by 6 points. In 1996, Bob Dole did not appear confident, he lost by 9%. This election like in 2000 and 2004, John McCain seems confident, optimistic, and energized. John McCain may just yet win this election. It may yet, turn out to be a competitive election. We will know early whether it is and easy victory or a hard fought campaign. Get out and vote then watch for Virginia and Pennsylvania. If both fall one way or the other it will be a short night.
